液壓缸的分類
液壓(ya)缸(gang)的結(jie)構(gou)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)多(duo)(duo)種多(duo)(duo)樣(yang),其分類方(fang)法也有多(duo)(duo)種:按(an)運動(dong)(dong)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可分為直線往(wang)復運動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和回轉擺動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);按(an)受液壓(ya)力(li)作用(yong)情況(kuang)可分為單作用(yong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、雙(shuang)作用(yong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);按(an)結(jie)構(gou)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可分為活(huo)塞式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、柱塞式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、多(duo)(duo)級伸縮(suo)套筒式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),齒輪齒條式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)等(deng);按(an)安(an)裝形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可分為拉桿(gan)、耳環(huan)、底腳、鉸軸等(deng);按(an)壓(ya)力(li)等(deng)級可分為16Mpa、25Mpa、31.5Mpa等(deng)。(威海(hai)力(li)建(jian)冶金液壓(ya)設備廠)





③ 從管路進入的異(yi)物,有多種情(qing)況。
a.清(qing)洗時(shi)不(bu)(bu)注意(yi)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)安(an)(an)裝好以(yi)后進行清(qing)洗時(shi),不(bu)(bu)應通過(guo)缸(gang)體(ti),必(bi)須在缸(gang)體(ti)的(de)油口(kou)前(qian)邊加(jia)裝旁通管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)。這(zhe)一點很重(zhong)要。否則,管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)中的(de)異物將(jiang)進入缸(gang)內,一旦進入,即(ji)(ji)難(nan)以(yi)向外排(pai)除,反而變成向缸(gang)體(ti)內輸送異物了。再者,清(qing)洗時(shi)要考慮安(an)(an)裝管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)操作中所進異物的(de)取(qu)出方法。此外,對管(guan)(guan)(guan)內的(de)腐蝕等(deng)在管(guan)(guan)(guan)路(lu)安(an)(an)裝之前(qian)即(ji)(ji)應進行酸洗等(deng)手續,必(bi)須完全去掉銹蝕。
零部件加工(gong)(gong)(gong)精度的(de)(de)影響問題,在液壓缸的(de)(de)制(zhi)造過(guo)程中應嚴格控(kong)制(zhi)缸體內(nei)壁和活(huo)塞(sai)桿表面(mian)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)精度,特別(bie)是幾(ji)何精度,尤其直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線度是關鍵(jian),在國內(nei)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)中,活(huo)塞(sai)桿表面(mian)的(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)基(ji)本上是車后(hou)磨削(xue),保證直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線度問題不大,但(dan)對(dui)于缸體內(nei)壁的(de)(de)加工(gong)(gong)(gong),其加工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法很多,有鏜(tang)削(xue)-滾(gun)壓、鏜(tang)削(xue)-珩磨、直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接珩磨等,但(dan)由于國內(nei)材料(liao)的(de)(de)基(ji)礎水平較(jiao)國外有差距,管(guan)材坯料(liao)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線度差,壁厚不均勻、硬度不均勻等因(yin)素,往(wang)往(wang)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接影響缸體內(nei)壁加工(gong)(gong)(gong)后(hou)的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線度,因(yin)此建(jian)議采用鏜(tang)削(xue)-滾(gun)壓、鏜(tang)削(xue)-珩磨工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),如(ru)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接珩磨,則必須首先提高(gao)管(guan)材坯料(liao)的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)線度。

在允許(xu)的情況下(xia)(xia),液(ye)壓缸的缸體(ti)壁(bi)厚(hou)(hou)安全(quan)系數(shu)盡量(liang)選大一些,使缸體(ti)厚(hou)(hou)壁(bi)增(zeng)加,特別是高(gao)壓工況下(xia)(xia)使用的油缸,以(yi)減小油壓下(xia)(xia)的缸體(ti)變形(xing),變形(xing)后的缸體(ti)也(ye)會引起液(ye)壓缸低速爬(pa)行。
